Supportive Care, LLC. is a Nurse Concierge company with 20 years of industry experience. Based out of Michigan, our services range from  Pre and post-surgery recovery services, mobility assistance, and meal prep to running errands and assistance with daily living. We have experience working with patients recovering from surgery, critically ill patients, daily in-home help for the elderly, and many other patients who need extra in-home medical assistance.
